We stayed in this guest house for two nights and really that place is not worth staying at all. dirty rooms and more dirty bathrooms. rooms were very small. not maintained at all. staff was also not bothered for any thing. over all not recommended at all.

In Shri Sai Kripa Guest House we have felt some problem regarding Pick and Drop from station ,complementary break-fast and lastly Cab booking. We have been cheated by Cab- Driver named Raju and this deal is negotiated by Hotel Manager Mr. Gupta.So think once again before booking any cab/taxi through by hotel stuff.Also please check complementary Break-fast menu before entering into the Guest House.

Soso guesthouse. + hot water + nice view from roof +manager (not owner) was nice +western toilet -expensive for off season and lack of cleanliness. They lied that there was never any off season. -loud -in the morning I woke up twice to throat irritation from some chemicals used to clean the floor in the hallways. -I don't understand how the place is wheelchair accessible as there only stairs. -too far from the Main ghats Only stay there if all other are occupied.

It is a very dirty guest house. Bed, floor are not clean. During our 3 night stay, floor was not cleaned never. One room attached bathroom was very small. Hot water is supplied from common geyser, not always hot. After 9-10 pm no hot water available. Breakfast was bad. Hotel staff was always disturbing to buy Shari, to rent there car, boat etc. Overall experience was bad.

I had book 5 rooms AC and. Non AC for a week in Oct. It was a work trip so me along with my team stayed in guest house. Manager of the Hotel Shivam is an example of great host and he has excellent skills of customer handling and ensuring they are handled with utmost care and he personally looked after the comfort of all my team. Food on terrace serviced is good though it needs some improvement with reference to hygiene also the rooms need cleaning and renovation. Over all good experience.
