Review 1 ’ 1/5 - Horrible Experience from Start to Finish! I booked a hotel through bookmystay.com, received a confirmation, and arrived at the hotel’only to be told my booking didn’t exist. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting it was my fault. I tried reaching customer support, but they were completely useless and unresponsive. Never using this service again!

The location of Tirtha Guest House is very good. Kashi is very close to Vishwanath temple and the ghats are also very close with an affordable room price.

The room was clean and up to the mark as per price. Staff behaviour was good. The hotel location is very near to kashi vishwanath dham.

**BIG SCAM** **DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU BOOK IN ONLINE** ** CHEATERS ** I booked through AGODA after asking them on WhatsApp i booked the room and paid 1100, and when I reached the hotel they said no room was available I had to CALL GOROOMGO AGODA and ask for a refund, and till this day I did not get my refund *SUCH A POLITE SCAM** *CHEATING PEOPLE*
