Decent rooms considering the class of the town... But the service was so disappointing.. The poor management begin from the portico. Parking area is behind the hotel building and no one to assist when you reach the portico self driven. I had to take out my luggages keep in the portico, park the vehicle in parking area and walk through their treatment plant which smell as hell. The receptionist was very casual. Breakfast is just of 2/3 verities. Too unprofessional staffs in restaurant. They stand next to the buffet counter and serve you like a roadside vendor. I asked for dosa and the guy look like captain of the restaurant said it would be chargeable. Later I found they serve dosa and while asking he said some odd excuses. Good place for just a night stay and better have food outside. Even if you get a better offer without breakfast just opt for it.

The place is recently renovated. Every room and toilet are shiny clean. Staff and room service are amazing. In one day stay we asked for two times cleaning as we have our kids @3yr :). Breakfast is reasonable. Served dosa idly, fruits puri, lime juice etc. Onle point they can add complementary tea bag, water heater etc.

The hotel is located in between bus stand and golden temple. Hotels 24hrs policy is good instead of fixed check out time. The staff was courteous and always happy to help. They also helped us getting auto, bargaining with them to get to places. The room was not too big or not too small but had required amenities neatly planned. One thing I noticed is on the rates were Rs 3000+ whereas when I directly booked the rate was Rs 2300 + taxes. Would always advice to double check tariff before booking through online portals. The hotels wifi was not satisfactory with weak signal strength on 1st floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed on 03/07/15. Such a pathetic hotel I ever stayed, they charged me around Rs.2400 + Taxes for Person stay Not even able to provide Mineral Water has complementary . For this price in Vellore they provide mineral water, in room coffee/tea marker. In toilet water was leaking the on the floor (Picture enclosed), I have called front office three times, not even bothered to rectification or change my room, instead front office instructed if you are not comfortable you can vacant the room.
