its a budget hotel Very poor in hygiene and cleanliness Staff reluctant for any work Such an amazing location and poor service in contrast Rooms were not well maintained No glasses for washroom windows Need a revamp But I will still go for the location and cost

Though the location and food of this hotel is quite good. The rooms are quite shabby, not managed and maintained well, so are the bathrooms. The walls are dirty, linen are just about ok. They need to redo the entire rooms....and make optimum use of their location! I would not prefer going there again.

Except the view everything is pathetic, order for a Tea, it will arrive after 30 minutes. Food is horrible. And twice the rate of other hotel. Just dont think to visit here. You will ruin your good holiday and also your money.

I stayed in thise 10 to 15 of march .I was mad after looking the photos of thise hote I straitaway booked for 4 days but after check in story is different Room is not cleane, bed sheet dirt,toilet is leaking. So I spoke to room boy in return he told me manager is not there after 3 hour manager came in when I told him about the room he only change the bed sheet but about toilet leaking it is like that if you want to stay you stay I told him to change the room he say rooms are full and he is not ready to talk. I ask the are touriest but they also having the same problem. We check out after 2 nights . Iwill never visit thise hotel.

During our Diwali vacation this year we decided to visit Vengurla and after searching on the internet came across this hotel called "Sagar Holiday Resort". Looking at the pics anyone would blindly book this hotel. I called up the hotel and spoke to Mr. Sanjay Rane the so called manager of this place. He told me that he had a room for the 24th October and all the other days were booked. I told him to keep one double room - "SEA FACING" (as per the photos shown by them) for me and agreed to pay Rs.700/- via online transfer for booking the room. We left for Vengurla from Goa on 24th afternoon. I called the hotel to inform that we would be late in reaching Vengurla and that please keep the room. The lady at the reception told me not to worry and the room has been kept. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and when i went to check-in the lady was showing me room no. 106 which was having side view from the balcony with rusted railing. I objected as I saw the place and told her that I had asked for sea facing room. She said this is the only one available as other 3 room 103, 104 and 105 are booked from thier Mumbai office and they are already checked-in. I told her at the time of booking I had specifically mentioned that I was a sea-facing room. Also there are some strange stone slabs placed right below the room balcony which looked more like TOMB stones. Not sure what they are, but to avoid any strange experiences with our baby we decided to abort our plans to staying at this so called "HOTEL" and move to some other place. We had a verbal argument with Mr. Sanjay Rane, as we knew Konkani and finally convinced him to refund our advance money. He refunded Rs.500/- and ate our Rs.200/-. We hope they can use that ROBBED Rs.200/- for the renovation and maintainence of the hotel. Please avoid this hotel and don't ever make the mistake of making advance payment to these rouges.
