this is the dirtiest rest house i have ever come across. the toilets are stinking, very dirty. i have paid rs.1800/- and stayed only for 3 hours. this guest house is not worth for rs.180/- also. tv was not working. REALLY A VERY DIRTY PLACE TO STAY. THE ROOM NO.303 ALLOTTED TO US IS ONE OF THE DIRTIEST ROOMS. I SUGGEST YOU TO MAKE A VISIT TO THE PLACE BEFORE U SUGGEST ANY GUEST. REALLY VERY UNHAPPY

Falcons Nest is a good option in Vizag if you are looking for a budget range of accommodation between Rs.1500 to Rs.2000 per day. It is relatively clean accommodation with calm surroundings. It has reasonably good rooms with dining room options with food facility. There are some hiccups during my stay like bulb was not working in bath room or it was smelling bad initially but these were taken care off once we complain. Overall, it will be good if you are looking for decent stay without extravagant cost.

This place is pretty basic and clean . We made a last minute reservation here for our family trip, which proved to be a good decission as it had 3 bedrooms and a hall , exactly what a group of 13 people required. The breakfast was a little expensive for bread omlette , but hey it was delivered to us when asked for early in the morning too .

Absolutely horrible. No Hot water, filthy rooms, filthy bed sheets and horrible service. The rooms are good...if you are staying with extended family...its a great place for everyone to stay together. 3 rooms per unit with a huge living room. If only they maintained it..i'd give it 4-5 stars. Given how dirty this place was...i'd never return. The shower curtains had mold growing on them. The couches smelled disgusting and as mentioned hot water.

Nice service apartment for functions and individual visits Nice service apartment for functions and individual visits

we booked it for one month total that is about 30 flats including the additional ones on marriage day. This was a good alternative for non-locals to arrange any function. neighbors are not friendly and this is embracing and needs to be managed well. Using parking for funciton dining, creates problem for parking and outside there is no space, often scrammbles by neighbors. A basement would have been better.

Noisy!!! Noisy!!!

We booked this place via after staying here a couple of years back during our first visit to Vizag. Turning up here very jet lagged (spice jet flight cancelled from Mumbai flown to vijayawada long wait for flight to Vizag). Anil remembered us and we asked him to call Prakash our rickshaw driver that we had before. Anil informed us that we will be staying at there other property not far. I was a bit relived after seeing the building work going on next door. Arrived at new property checked room was suitable and checked in. Was later informed that could not stay longer than the one night we had booked they had wedding booking. Room was clean and comfortable. Checked out the next morning and was charged full tax. Went back to original property and Anil said he had a room there agreed to stay. Then a wedding procession turned up who was staying here was still so tired and jet lagged risked it. Big mistake went to a very dingy and old room on the first floor tried to get some rest. Impossible because of the wedding party and building work next door. After a few restless hours decided to check out. Anil charged us for a full day which u thought was a little harsh?!! The wedding party had left food all over the floor downstairs and the place was really disgusting surely they could of got some big bins for the rubbish. Some of the staff do not speak English at all which makes it difficult. If Anil was working at the other property it would of been ok to stay. The staff at the other property struggled to understand English. Overall a disappointing stay!!!

We are a Bengali family. We stayed there for 4 days with our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The stay was excellent with very well maintained rooms. The air conditioning is very good. We stayed at a 3BHK apartment with a living cum dining area. The toilet has very basic attachments and needs a bit of improvement. The staff is courteous and helpful. The kitchen facility at the 1st floor is basic and is only for helping the boarders with their specific need for food. Please do not expect everything that is available in the menu, rather you should ask the staff what is available. I would also advice the management to remove the menu cards from the room and let the guests ask the staff for the availability of food. We could get basic tea and breakfast. The dinner however was not very good and needs improvement since it was very spicy and hot. There is a very good restaurant nearby named Kamat Restaurant which is truly a multi cuisine and caters to both north and south Indian palate. A special thanks to Mr Anil, the manager who has been very courteous and helpful in catering to all our needs. Overall a very memorable and wonderful experience.
