Happen to use this hotel as i visit the city of Vizag many times for work and thought of giving it a try. I have stayed at a Ginger hotel before so i know what to expect from a no frills hotel like this one. However this place isnt fit to be called a hotel at all. Let me start by telling you about the strong musty smell you get when you enter the room, very silimar to that of a damp cloth being kept in a room with no air circulation. Then i shall tell you that the way the room is designed they dont expect you to use the WC in the washroom at all. You can not shut the washroom door and use the cistern. There are many lights in the room and washroom that are not working. Just when you would think..its just a poorly designed room and ypu gear up to brave the stay there. Thats when the pathetic quality of service will kick in, i had taken an afternoon flight to the city and since i avoid eating aircraft food on checkin i asked the associate if in room dining was possible and he assured me it was. So when i call the room service number first 15 mins no one answers, then i call the reception and the gentleman tells me that he will arrange a call back. Half an hour after not getting a call back i try again. This time I succed and the person on the other end of the line tells me all that is available is pakoda and chai or coffee. Since i was famished and had no choice i settled for the same. Finally got the snacks an hour and a half after checking in. This wasnt the end of it the quality of plates and service ware at the morning breakfast would kill anyones apetite. So next morning i left for work at 10am and got back at around 10:15 pm at night. I call the room service at 10:45 to place an order for food and the person on the other wnd tells me the kitchen is closed. I tried to tell him that the room service menu in the room mentions the timing till 11 pm but before i know it, he had hung up on me. All in all AVOID this place at all costs. I had to extend my stay by 3 days in the city and i couldnt wait to get out of this hotel. A word of advice, even if you get a great deal on this hotel for the sake of hygiene and besic needs stay away from this place.

Nice hotel,neat and clean rooms. But room size was not upto mark. But they can take special care on guest. The reception guys are too good in service. I referred to my colleagues and glad to visit next time

Cool stay... Hotel Locatied center in the city..clean rooms and we'll maintained, the staff are very helpful and Service give by their team is awesome.. They given late checkout at 2 clock without any charge by front staff. I definitely recommend this to my friend and colleague.. Thank you ginger. Keep it up guys.

The restaurant was expensive. The staff were not very helpful with suggesting places to visit or with helping with directions. The hotel is clean but after staying at a similar hotel where the staff is very helpful, one tends to expect a little more. Just stick to hotel stay and all's well. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Mind your back.

i have stayed at ginger for 2 days and the guys were very helpful regarding an issue on my checkin date especially sandeep service was also verygood maintenance was also good. i have faced a little problem regarding hot water and the guys rectified it fastly.
