The staff behavior was very good, the location of the hotel is in market place, overall it is good experience and I will recommend this hotel for future booking to my friends.
Location of the hotel was good and rooms were okay. But we stayed there for 3 days, and booked one extra bed, surprisingly they provide us one mattress without any bed cover, we request them several times but they did not pay any heed. Overall experience was bad. The behaviour of the manager is was not at all professional.
Stay was very pleasant. The staffs were very cooperative. Had a nice time in Kinnera Comforts.
i had to chose a night over hotel for my family as i had to catch a rescheduled flight next day early morning from Vizag. After alighting from the train i asked the taxi person to get me there. he expressed shock , why i have chosen kinnera comforts, there are better hotels else where. not giving attention to him , i headed for the hotel. The front look : the hotel is amidsts a very shabby surrounding and not inviting at all. reluctantly i headed for reception. the receptionist not very fluent in english confirmed my booking and asked the boy to get me to a room. The rooms: crammed, old, dirty and not maintained since long. when i switched on the AC (old model) it was not working. i called the boy, he said that was a non ac room. i was surprised as i had paid for AC deluxe room which was their highest tarrif. then they shifted me to a AC room. The rooms staying the same filthy, the AC was working here. to my nightmare the flush was non functional and needed quiet some jugglery to operate it. I was really perplexed as i was with my family and it was already evening. some how we managed to lie down and chose to use the airport convinience rather than getting infected there in that filthy bathroom over all experence : a strict no no if you have other hotels available.
Not at all satisfied with the services at hotel

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city in Dabagardens. All the tourist place is near to the Hotel and the hotel is neat and clean and the best think is food. The breakfast is too good and the staff are very helpful and welcome you warmly. The communication is a big advantage, another thing is the market where you can shop anything very near to the Hotel. If you want to take north Indian or continental food at dinner you can. The comfort level to stay their is very good. So, overall experience is too good. I am suggesting you to go there for your next travel. Thank you.
Convenient stay with free breakfast, located in the heart of the city in economy budget.and there is no regrets. Restaurant is big and food is very well done. Room service was prompt and I recommend this hotel.
Compared to some hotels in the vicinity and the the price offered. I would not score this hotel highly. I hurriedly booked this hotel judging from the somewhat misleading photos on the website. The hotel did not have any rules posted on their walls, hence upon inquiring about checkout times, I was informed it was 24 hours (which meant the check in time would be checkout the check out time). I requested a couple of hours grace during checkout but was informed that for any extension there would be a fee, and that for the first 3 hours would be 20 or 25% of the daily non-discounted room rate. The room was clean and the television was in good working order. Breakfast was included in my hotel payment but I did not know about exclusion criteria, it not stated that bottled water was not part of the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room was noisy with renovations. Inside the breakfast room, there was one old fan to air the large room. I chose my seat to be very close to the fan. I left the hotel in rush to meet a see friend and was away for a little over a couple of hours. Upon my return I was informed that my room keys were with the staff cleaning my room. When I got to my room it was cleaned but the door was left open and all my belongings exposed. The staff were busy cleaning other rooms. I checked my purse and found I was missing my Indian currency ( foreign currency was untouched). I spoke with the staff at the reception who said he would make an Inquiry. The staff seemed to be lurking wherever I moved and gave me the feeling that I was being monitored. I moved my belongings to another hotel but returned the next day to checkout and speak to the manager. The first person I was directed to shook his head and hand when I asked if he spoke English or Hindi but indicated I wait for the manger. When this 2nd manager arrived, I explained the situation to him. He responded by saying that for the so many number of years that the hotel was in operation, such an incident had not taken place. He suggested to check CCTV and asked the gentleman who could 'not speak English' so to show it to me. After switching it on, he realized that the camera(s) for my room was not working. when I asked him about the duration it had been non-functional, he said for the last 2 days and that a request for service had been made. He then asked me why had I not used the hotel safe box. I had no idea there was one and I could not see it written anywhere. He responded by saying it was in the website. He had the same response to my other questions and so I asked him if the fact that the CCTV was not working was also written on the website? you can guess his response. I then asked him that his English was quite good, why did he tell me he couldn't speak it? he just smiled. In the end I was advised to make a complaint with the police which I did even though I knew the money would not be recovered. I cited the reason that the hotel management did not take sufficient measures to ensure the safety of customers and their belongings. They were renting rooms where the CCTV was not working, the staff who probably knew about the CCTV malfunction were allowed to enter the rooms and leave the rooms open (leaving the customers belongings exposed) and supervised. At the end the manager promised to rectify the mistakes (although no apology was made) but it seemed that was because he was more focused in not having me write this review.
The hotels room are very good, clean and spacious as well. but the service was not up to the mark. In my plan of booking it was breakfast including when I called the desk for breakfast they said it is only between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM while I was just 8 minute late from 10:00 AM.
Stayed in a double room, as a family of three..Quite spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly and resposive. This hotel is quite close to mariket and accessible. Nice restaurants also nearby. Good food. Easy reach from Railway Station.
