1)Rooms are Shabby 2) AC Smells bad, the air coming through the AC was as if it is coming out from an wet rotten wood 3) Bathrooms are not properly floored, water does not flow to the outlet, instead it flow away. The Washbasin is located at 4-5 feet above the ground with an 1 feet horizontal extension, could not use it at all, it was there just for name sake 4)Room did not get Confirmed from Hotel until night before i have to check-in, any query i had, people from Reception answered like - "we dont know, you paid to Travel Guru, Travel Guru did not pay to us yet, so check with them only because you paid to Travel Guru not to us" - I had two reservations for the same hotel through Travel Guru, second one is like an extension of first one, I had to check out a day before and my dad had to continue to stay, When i called the Reception in the morning, someone answered its all fine, but while i was moving out in the evening, I went to clear the foodbill and remind them about confirming the room extension, they are like we dont have any confirmation from Travel Guru, you have to check with them, you paid to them not to us. I had to call Travel Guru again on May 2nd evening for May 3rd reservation for confirming. 5)Had to call at least 3 to 4 times for room service, whenever i called, they say 5 mins and then again they say we are coming and after couple more calls, people come to attend 6) Hot Water is not 24 hrs. as they said, we had to wake up early and start to temple at 2 in the morning, there was no hot water 7) Food's ok. 8) I wont recommend this hotel, neither will visit this again

Room was neat and clean. Room service was quick. General staff are helpful. I had some nice food in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located in the main city.

Executive room was well furnished with modern style interiors. Staffs were fantastic in their service. Hotel has restaurant which serves fantastic food. Location was fabulous near the hotel.

Hotel Meghalaya need to work a lot on their hospitality. Their rooms are very small. They are charging very high service tax but in return they are providing absolutely nothing. Food was also not upto the standards. Their staff is very slow and non co-operatives. I would never recommand this hotel to anyone.

Market centric location Rooms are spacious (Mine was club house) South food is good. Dont expect the north indian dishes to be as good as the south indian one. Wifi facility is available in every room and internet speeds are good.

Rooms are good, spacious , furnished, Located near the Bus stand, approx. 2 km from railway station. Parking facility, Good Bars and restaurants. The Restaurant service is extremely poor. forget general staffs, the manager is not responsive, Staffs needs training. Seems old staffs having do not care attitude.

i visited this hotel two days before ........really i had a great welcome form the hotel staff......the people who were their in reception..they are very respective...and i had taken royal room the ambience in the room was awesome...i really loved it...as well as room service also good....if i have to review about food it means the taste of the foods its really touch my taste buds...who wants pure authentic Telugu food...then definitely visit this hotel.....thank u all the staff of meghalaya to provide me a great stay......definitely i will visit this hotel next time when i visit vizag.....all the best guys have a bright future.......

1st thing you notice is really bad front desk. 2nd thing you'll find is lack cleanliness in Rooms. All bedsheets and pillow covers were with huge stains. Only one towel was provided. Inefficiency of workmanship is the 3rd thing you'll notice. 4th thing is, for hot water we must call and ask the room Serivce. There is no use if exteriors of the hotel are changed. Mindsets, workmanship, products used also must be changed.

We have stayed in this hotel from 25th Aug-27Aug-2016 and worst experience in my life. They don't provide the basic room service. The staff behavior was horrible. they are not professional and don't know how to behave with the customers. If you people are planning to visit Vizag don't go for this hotel.
