We were received by very nasty reception asking us to pay at arrival our room. We had no cash (because of demonitisation) and because their credit card facility was defect, we were forced to make a money transfer from our bank. (NB. Our bank first refused because the network of this hotel is not reliable!!!). Then we came in our room and found out that we paid for a room without warm water, a dingy bathroom, very slow internet and not reliable, lots of noise from the reception where people were shouting in the middle of the night. This hotel was so bad that we decided to leave after this first night. But we were not allowed to leave before having paid for a second time in cash because they had not yet received their money on their bank account. We have given proof of our bank transfer.. So we had no other choice (because they started to threaten us physically with 4 men) to pay for the second time. We asked for a copy of Identity of the person in charge at the reception. He refused and gave us the visit card of his hotel instead....... At this date of 22 december we still have not received our refund for double payment.
