None of the hotel staff understands hindi/english so it was very difficult to communicate. Also the rooms are overpriced as the quality of the room was not up to the mark. There were cobwebs hangingwith a broken bathroom door and shaky sink. The hotel staff was not promt in cleaning the room.
Its a good hotel. Our 3 nights stay was pleasant. Executive suite room was comfortable. They should improve on cleanliness. Its definitely value for money.
The property was old looking and not up to the standard of two star hotel. The room was quite ordinary and furniture was outdated. The service wasfine but food was quite ordinary. The location was decent but I think they should renovate the property.
I booked Non A/C Room with breakfast included. They told me the same at the reception. However, they charged me for breakfast at the time of checkout. Quality of the Service at this hotel is very questionable. One highlight: they do not bother to enter into your room without knocking on the door.
Good for a fast mover, centrally located and easily accessible. Good parking facility, Reception was good and gave a warm welcome. On the negative side, there was no dustbin in the room, TV was working good. Overall its better than expected and good one at the price.

I reached there early morning and wanted to fresh-up and go for sightseeing. I was shown one room. Its door lock was broken so I was given another room, which was not at all like the first room. 1. The person at reception was unable to understand hindi or english. Same with the roomboys too. 2. Bedsheet was dirty. I asked them to change and then was able get better bedhsheet.
The fan is not working. bathrooms are very dirty. room service is not good.door lock is not working. I have never seen this kind of worst hotel. The price is too high.even the telephone is not working properly.
I being in defence keep on travelling very often. Had some bad experiences earlier .. But never had such a pathetic and worst experience in life .. I stayed in this hotel on 18 and 19 of April. While I proceeded to check out. I was forced to pay 1000 Rs extra as I had checked inn couple of hours before the actual time .. When I started arguing for the same the owner of the hotel started fighting with me and my father .. He started fighting with my 61 year old father .. Insulted him and humiliated us. Initially I thought that he is the manager of the hotel but he came out to be the owner of the hotel .. Mr Surrender. To save the respect of myself and my father I quitely paid the money which I was not supposed to. This is not at all about money. It's about the basic behaviour of the hotel staff with customers. I never expected even in my dreams that any hotel staff can insult and humiliated their customers like this. Finally after all the argument and fight I paid the money and spoke to Mr Surendra. I politely asked him that won't it effect their business if they behave with customers like this .. He arrogantly replied that he doesn't care .. Now talking about the facilities . 1. Water leakage in bathroom. 2. Plug points doesnt work properly ( loose connection ) 3. Bathroom door is unserviceable 4. Hooks to hang clothes / towel in bathroom are broken. 5. Fan was making too much noise. 6. Room service is pathetic they turn up after calling at least 3-4 times . Please refrain from staying in this hotel. I am not saying all this out of anger or agitation. I really don't want anyone to have such a worst experience which I had. Thank you
This is the worst hotel ever seen in my life. Management is a cheat. We were provided with a/c room but when we switched on the a/c , water was coming out of the indoor unit. No one turned up to rectify it. Phone was not working. TV was not working. No hot water in the bathroom. You have to pay tips to get one bucket of hot water. No words to explain that worst experience! No one was there to provide extra bed for us. Atlast We ourselves took the extra bed from their store room. Stayed for three days without a/c but we were billed for a/c room. All are Cheaters. Lift was in highly risky condition. Definitely something will happen soon for that lift. Please don't even step in. A non star rated hotel will be better than this one. Owner was there but he never cares anything. TripAdvisor should not list these kind of hotels in this site. Even last rank cannot be given to this hotel.
Went to Vizag with family 1st November, checked in this hotel, at first sight from outside it looks like 4stars hotel but inside not even 3 star. I am giving 3 stars here only for sleep quality, room spacing. 1. you will not find stuffs when you need. 2. problem for hot water 3. far from sea beach, have to give 60 rupees to auto to reach Ramakrishna Beach or Submarine museum. 4. Cleaning stuff will ask you to give money after cleaning the room every day. (I have no such experience like this anywhere) Hotel management please take care of this hotel, it can be better.
