My stay was excellent at the gateway hotel vizag. Staff was very helpful throughout my 2 days stay abhishek Tata rao and Nandini from front office was very helpful during my early check in and check out in the hotel Dass and Roy from GAD was very kind while serving food at the time of breakfast well maintained Rooms full credit to team housekeeping jyothi from security dept at the main porch she was maintaining smiley face whenever we were passing through at main porch

We really enjoyed our stay at the Taj. Right from our arrival, the staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Antony, at the restaurant was always there ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted and nothing was left to chance. He also shared with us the nearby attractions, what to do in and around Vizag and was very helpful during our entire stay. Jagadish the pool attendant helped fill our kids floatie, and also brought out extra towels. He also helped us with the jacuzzi and steam bath. Venkatesh our room attendant ensured that our room was always neat and tidy by the time we came back. He also ensured that we had enough water bottles to beat the heat. We will cherish the time that we spent at the hotel.

We got an ocean view room. Received fruit basket service everyday of the stay. Great food. Great staff. All were very nice and kind. Took care of all our needs. Kids were so happy when they got playing items like balls to play in swimming pool. Very happy with the service.

WONDEFUL TRIP...Would like to stay again in this hotel. vizag is a great place and to enjoy the awesomeness of vizag ..you need a good stay and hospitality, the gateway hotel offered us both. Thanks to the services and their hospitality. wonderful stay and wonderful trip

Old construction of the hotel could be compensated by better service , but amenities did not work right the first time whether it is room key or internet logging in or the coffee machine. Location is good though not the room view necessarily. Food is ordinary but you have the choice of getting smaller portions . This is a great facility .

Demo Trip Rooms on RHS &towards end of corridor will have larger view of sea, pool, beach road etc. Rooms near to lift will have least view of sea.
