We have recently performed our daughter's wedding at Park Hotel. I call this as a journey of collaboration. The staff is so cordial and special thanks to management in recruiting and retaining this staff for a customer experience worth what it is. It is more than value for money.
The reception staff is the first point of contact to us. They were eager to provide the necessary comforts, and responds to the customer with a beautiful smile.
They have put us in touch with Mr Dinesh. He is an astute sales person who takes personal responsibility and goes out of the way in meeting our requirements. The more open we were with our requirements it was good as he suggested vendors without any bias. He has put us in touch with appropriate in house staff. Mr Ravi, Uday who have looked after us in our catering needs and ensured our requirements are fulfilled without fail in every event.
Mr Das Gupta needs a special mention. It is absolutely delightful to interact with this person. He makes you comfortable and provides the rooms and made us come out of a difficult situation to ensure we were delighted. He has been professional in approach and won our hearts.
Mr Dinesh has put us in touch with decorator ' Ajay'. I haven't come across a person like him in my 57years. He is a difficult person to deal with at first. However, once he understood our requirements, cannot believe on the day on the ground he turnaround the decorating place with delightful experience.
He provided whatever we wanted and as a father of a groom he has given me peace of mind with his work on the day. He is simply there for us..
Mr Surya has settled our bills and did the best in moving us with a personal touch to bid us farewell.
Overall the staff and the experience Park Hotel has provided us with a life long memory for us . We highly commend the staff, management and owners for the best possible destination wedding of our daughter. Radha & Srinivas -Sydney
Standing out on your balcony, if you listen closely, youll hear the hypnotic slosh and gentle crash of the tide, coming in, going outSometimes, adding to this soulful orchestra, youll hear a small boats motor purring somewhere in the Bay, close to the seemingly endless beach shore-line. The magical view, atop this hill, in fact one of the highest points overlooking the Bay of Bengal and the city of Visakhapatnam (Vizag).
Visakhapatnam is named after the God of Valor, Visakha, the son of Shiva and ParvatiRuler of the planet Mars, and the God of War. So I felt, when I checked into my room at Bay Park, that I would need the strength of gods to accomplish my goals on my seven day mission to regain my health and willfully change my lifestyle. Id come to quit smoking and to finally, take control of my weight. I prayed seven days would be enough time. Alas, it was all I had.
From the very first day, after being interviewed, measured and weighed by medical professionals, I could feel that I was indeed on my way to accomplishing something which in my humble opinion, would be life-altering. Something great.
A personal dietary regime was established for me, along with a treatment plan tailored to my individual needs. No rest for the wicked, I was the ushered to my first treatment, then asked to participate in group yoga Asanas Each day, I was introduced to a holistic blend of massage, water therapy, yoga, dance and world-class cuisine addressing body, mind and soul. Bay Parks adept team of doctors and instructors monitored my progress with daily consultations, and thorough analysis, really no different than what youd expect during a hospital stay. Nothing was left to chance.
In the end, I did achieve my goals. Mission was accomplished in a beautiful way. Apparently, Visakha, that God of Valor, stood steadfast by my side. I left Bay Park after those seven days a rejuvenated man. Armed with dietary knowledge and the confidence those seven days at Bay Park instilled, I feel I am well on my way.
My sincerest thanks go out to all the staff and workers for their patience with my and their courteous manner. Would I recommend Bay Park to any serious seekers of a new, healthy direction in their lives? Yes I would. Yes I will.
First time I have been to Park in the month of May. I am a frequent traveler to Vizag and for the first time I have selected the Park as I wanted to have a memorable experience with my family.
Checkin and Chekout were good. Even though a lot of space was available improper management of parking. No preference for room guests.
Room service was not up to the standard. Food quality was good but not the taste.
Sea view from the rooms is awesome. As a person who is a monthly visitor to Vizag, I feel that there are better worthy places to explore other than this.
We went visakhapatnam for one week holiday. We stayed at The Park hotel. The service provided was awesome.Food provided was tasty.Enjoyed the stay a lot.Anyone visiting vizag must stay there for how many days they want.Trust me u will love a lot.
Thanku so much
This review is a collective review for the overall services provided by the hotel. I recently attended a friends marriage here at the hotel. The food for the event was amazing and every single dish in the menu was just amazing. Since there was no alcohol in the marriage menu we opted to find the nearest bars in the restaurants of the hotel and every single staff member is very nice and polite. The front office staff is very helpful and go out of the way to help people in their needs. Not my first visit and yet I can write so much for the same
