i travelled to vizag for business purpose. At hotel welcome Grandbay check in was smooth. Lobby was not vey big and i room size is small cmpared to novotel hotel and park hotel where i stayed earlier. I was given room on second floor though i requested for higher floors and room with ocean view but same was not available. Not all the rooms in this hotel are with ocean view so pl. be careful in specifying your requirement if you want room with oceain view. Housekeeping was good, swimming pool nice to use, room service good....Breakfast was nice buffet spread with good choices.Overall nice hotel!!

Room Service is good, House keeping is good, Only one problem is with internet. First of all it is chargeble and secondly it is slow. Special Thanks to Mr. Suresh for booking. Restaurent service needs to be improved.

Overnight stay Welcome ok Room decor..outdated Bath/ Washrooms.. tiny. Bath tub!! Beds.. comfortable Lifts.. small Dinner spread at oriental.. so so Bfast spread.. ok Got a room which did not face the sea Not impressed at all. There seem to be much better properties right across! Water flowing on entrance road .. not appreciated, car drive in and out not managed well! Must redo interiors! It is good property, rightly placed.

Our stay of 4 days at This hotel was a pleasent surprise . Located close to the Ramkrishna beach and the beach road of Vizag(Vishakhapatnam) . The Lobby the corridors and the rooms are all spacious clean and aesthetically pleasing , Whatever is expected in a hotel of this class were provided . every thing worked and used items promptly replaced. linen was clean We had a sea view room giving us a n excellent view of the sea and the beach road . The Ramkrishna beach road is with in 5 minutes walk from this hotel . What makes this hotel outstanding is the staff . All of them from the door man to the front desk staff, house keeping and the staff at the break fast room and restaurent made us feel welcome and special . every one smiled and were helpfull , prompt and courtious . we specially will like to mention Assistant Manager F & B Mr Mishra and Chef Mr Goswami for being specially nice and making our stay enjoyable . Mr Goswami the chef came to our table spoke to us and prepared a special ( not in the menu ) local prwan dish for us . Mr Mishra kept6 a watch ful eye on us at B Fast table to ensure that we enjoy our B Fast , A big Sabbash to all the staff of this hotel from us Colonel ( Retd) and Mrs Ghosh

Distinctively delicious food..very friendly staff members..these two were the highlights of my recent stay at this hotel. (19 to 22 December 2016). Among the staff members Executive Chef Kiran Jampala and Ramakanth from In Room Dining were enormously helpful. My special appreciation to the Housekeeping Staff..Executive Srinivas was very attentive.Supervisor Ramesh was very caring while Luna serviced my room very well every day. There are two Appa Raos in this hotel. Both in Housekeeping only - A.V. Appa Rao is the one who impressed me the most with his dedication and proactiveness. I am thankful to Sous Chef Sreedhar, Master Chef Goswami and Chinese Chef Imtiaz. They were very adept in executing my requests. Job Trainees in F&B Service - Bivek and Assistant Steward Manoj were prompt in their work. I am delighted by the servitude of Sateesh in Front Office. Telephone Operator Bhavani impressed me with her readiness to help. Trainee Vandana from Front Office delighted me with her infectious smile. All employees are warm with wonderful smiles. Special thanks to all the staff. They were nice and guest centric.
