If you are wanting a hotel which is centrally located in vrindavan please search for any other hotel because this is located in outskirts of the city Moreover you wount be able to enjoy good here because practically they don't have a restaurant. They say they save one but it doesn't serve anything, swimming pool was also not clean. Don't cost this place but go for sarovar portico

Worst Hotel in Vrindavan Worst Hotel in Vrindavan

by Deepak_Bichhoria on February 2, 2017

I stayed for 2 days in Hotel with my family to attend a marriage ceremony in Vrindavan. There was no room service in Hotel. We were ready to pay extra charges but they did not served even Tea or water in the room. Room was not cleaned. Bed sheets & Towels were not changed on next day. Staff was not cooperative. Location of Hotel is also not good. It is very outside from the city. Finally, we did not stayed second night in the Hotel & checked out. It was the worst Hotel in my life ever as I have stayed more than 1000 hotels in my life so far.

Good Hotel but a bad restaurant Good Hotel but a bad restaurant

by Akhileshjoshi on January 17, 2017

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night with family. Have booked 2 rooms and staff is kind enough to provide us opposite rooms . About rooms, the size is quite large with separate sitting area (big sofa) and small open kitchen and dining table for 4 person. That's the good part of this hotel. But only thing which disappointed me is restaurant. Whenever they have higher occupancy in Hotel, they used to close the restaurant and offer buffet lunch /dinner in hall at Basement. Since, the hotel is somewhat remote from main city area, you don't have any option, but to eat whatever is offered. That's the only thing, which I didn't like about this hotel. Such a good hotel should have proper staff to offer Al carte food in order to improve its guest satisfaction index. Also , for person coming with drivers, need to pay INR 150 extra for dormitory for Driver stay. This was not expected from such good hotel.

Budget hotel Budget hotel

by Sujay_Ojha on January 6, 2017

This is actually a budget hotel which has probably been rated a bit on the higher side. The good part is the room size which is quite big. Sleep quality is good. They do not provide any mineral water bottles as standard in room. Toiletries are average. And so also are the furnishings and linen. Food is average and nothing special about anything here. In all, if one stays here without any expectations, then it could be easier on the mental level.
