It's my worst experience. Is there no reception, no restaurant, please ask them to keep clean linen, basic bathroom amenities, TV is not working, Very Poor lighting in the room. Totally waste my money to spend there. but working staffs are friendly.

hi all, i would like to log my feedback related to cleartrip and "Karapuzha Nest Resort" located at Wayanad, Kerala ( India ). Please note that this is *Not* a resort since it does not have even the basic amenities. Leave alone the tag of resort, it does not qualify even for a Hotel, since it does not have a decent running kitchen or dining section. I had booked this so called Resort through cleartrip. Going by the photographs posted by the Hotel, it looked quite good. When we went there, i saw that none of the photographs matched with this place. Later on, i found out that the photographs posted were actually of a different resort ( Karapuzha Village Resort ), which was located just 20-30 m ahead on the same road. The "Karapuzha Nest Resort" guys have cleverly tried to manipulate their customers by giving false information online. I happen to visit the actual resort ( Karapuzha Village resort ) and spoke to the manager there. they were aware of such a thing as others also have been fooled similarly. I will try to list out the state of affairs in the "Karapuzha nest resort" as below - 1. It does not a decent running kitchen. you need to order first and then later you cannot change. if you ask for more, it will not be available. they have very limited variety. Food is ok but not great. 2. They do not have a formal dining section. There is a room where the hotel staff sleep. during lunch/dinner, they will put some tables there as a make-shift dining hall. 3. They do not give a choice of rooms if you book online. Later on when you go there, you will get the rooms least preferable. 4. Rooms are decent but not great. it does not even have a intercom. 5. Rooms have TV but does not work. they usually say, it cloudy, but even in clear sky you wouldnt find that working. 6. It does not have any amenities which is typically available with any resort. you cannot even use this as an acomodation and do not expect any "Resort" like experience from this place. In all, prefer to avoid this place if you want a pleasant vacation.

This place is damn good at least for me in this price range.Nicely maintained rooms and outside areas. Operation Manager Mr Prince has helped us a lot in getting direction. In hospitality people are doing great job as they have very limited staffing but they will fulfill almost all your requests. Food is amazing did not get a chance to say thanks to chef. Thank you chef. They have another property next to the resort which is a upgraded version of this property with higher price range obviously.Thank you everyone for providing us a great experience. Special thanks to Mr Prince. Keep up the good work

Its a disgusting stay , we checked out one day early in a 2 days stay as the hotel was so dirty and full of insects. There is no intercom or room service and every time you need to search for support or help. Please don't go at least with family. There is no Restaurant or food options. We were served with 5 Bread Pieces and tea as breakfast and when we asked for butter at least they said Not Available.

4 of has been here. Was a just fine stay. Nothing 2 be hair about. 1. Not 1 person is available near the gate or the reception. You end up waiting n waisting @least 5mins each tym 2. Parking is a lil tedious task. 3. Al pictures shown on d trip apps r of executive rooms. Dey r really nice. Bt u r in 4 a surprise if u buk a dulex room. Dey r nt up2 d mark. U get a bed and a bedside table that cannot accommodate more than a couple of cups. No table, no chair. D room is practically empty. 4. Dey hav a heater on al rooms. Bt dey r of really small capacity. 5mins of hot water is al u can gt. 5. Fud is okie. Nt g8t. Bt tat doesn't stp it from being expensive 6. They hav no activities. Not even campfire. Overall it's too bad 4 a resort. You could stay in a hotel instead 4 lesser price. D back view is really nice and the place also is good. Its a good place if u r looking 2 stay there d whole day. Bt m nt sure if u'd want 2 do that
