We went to yelagiri to enoy the long weekend. The rooms were good but not worth the very high price we had to pay. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. But we were offered a free upgrade for one of the 2 rooms booked. The hotel does not have a complimentary breakfast or even a news paper to offer the guests. Mosquito menace was another issue. Other than the restaurant which had very limited options besides a highly priced menu, there was a recreation room with a carrom board. The chicken used for the dishes seemed to be from a hen who had nothing to eat and only water to drink. I would advise anyone planning to visit yelagiri to book atleast 1 week in advance to get rooms in some of the good hotels like kumararaja palace, hotel land mark etc. also request not to use travel guru unless you need a very bad deal. The hotel manager also turned out to be the chief chef.

we stayed there only one day .the stay is over all good.The place is pollution free.Room service is really excellent .

Good place to stay. If you are looking only for cost effective accommodation then this is the place. Good and cordial staff. Good food. Board games room will be there so can have a nice time with friends

This is a budget hotel from the group of the Hotel Kumararaja Palace and it is located right next to Kumararaja Palace. The location is not much scenic however it faces a valley and is calm and pleasant. The reception and house keeping staff are courteous and kind. Pros: 1. A budget hotel for middle-class people, 2. Suitable for both couples & families, 3. Food is Good and served fresh, Cons: 1. No swimming pool. However, swimming pool of Kumararaja palace can be used on rental basis, 2. No lawn or play area.

Dont chose this one for stay....poor clenliness, poor room service, low quality food with high price, complimentary breakfast even worser than any one .. u cant find more than two items give zero star play swimming pool ....

We stayed here for a night in the month of July. This is a decent budget hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complementary breakfast was good. Service was slow though. Wifi was available only at the reception. Construction of lift was under progress. Also there were no intercom facility was not available in our room. A good place to stay if you are planning to spend most of the time outside and just need a place to sleep and rest.

The property is like an upgraded lodge. Little place but good clean rooms. we took two rooms and the price they gave us with breakfast and taxes was quiet reasonable. The food is good but the service was worst. They had just two guys running all over the hotel rooms for service. Manager Das is courteous and helpful. They have a tie up with the next hotel for using the swimming pool. Service and small issues could be improved.
