Plesant environment for family stay but crowded on Holidays.
I had read the reviews which did not speak much about this hotel .... Since I was there for 3 nights during the Pongal holidays I had to settle for this Hotel ... But my experience was totally different .... They have 15 rooms(double occupancy) and 2 Family cottages with three bed rooms ( Can accommodate 7 ) ... Every room was booked The rooms in the block where the reception/office was located was built some time back and are a bit unclean ...no western type toilets, big old TV's and old furniture ...but the 8 rooms on the opposite side are new with very clean bathrooms western type toilets , flat screen Tv;s and new furniture items.. The owner Mr.Meyappan was very courteous and always helpful... I understand that he is well educated. As he speaks fluent English it will not be a problem for guests form other states who do not understand the local language...There is Mani a young energetic lad who takes care of everything in the resort ... Always with a smile very very helpful ... Food is made to order and very tasty though a trifle expensive ...I really loved the Cauliflower manchurain, the chicken 65 and the Potate fry .. Chappathi's and parotas are priced exorbitantly but tasty. Tea and coffee at Rs.22/- and Rs.25/- is prohibitively priced when you can get good tea down the road at Rs.10. The resort is situated about 2.5 Kms from the Lake the central area I was driving up and down several times through meandering narrow road through densely vegetated hilly road. It is a scary drive after dark but number of vehicles keep moving up and down. Overall my experience was very enjoyable and very peaceful even though there were at least 40 Guests at that time in the resort .. Room Tip: Choose rooms opposite the reception block...there are 8 such rooms with new furniture and fixtures

A Nice resort with very good service staff situated in a calm place away from tourist burstlings with coffee plantations surrounding it and occasional visits of the majestic Gaurs, you cannot expect a better sphisticated place amidst nature
This is a pocket friendly hotel with some decent food. Though the food had to ordered much in advance, it still was pretty decent. The breakfast menu seemed pretty good and was very delicious. Would recommend this stay if you are on a backpack trip or on a budget. They have ample place to park your vehicle.
Hi, I visited MM resorts yercaud this weekend and it was too good. Each and every food served in thr small restaurant was authentic local south food and was too tasty. Rooms were decent enuf and clean. Has a nice parking lot. The staff specially the old person in the reception and the amma (lady) who used to serve food were very nice and made us feel comfortable. Keep it up!
We visited Yercaud last week and we booked two delux room in MM resorts. The location was very good. away from noise pollution and the pleasant weather. We ordered food from their Kitchen. Homely food but felt the price was bit high. Overall its a good experience.
When we reached MM resorts at 12:30pm, one room was ready and another was ready only after an hour. we all have to refresh ourselves in one room. we used that room only in the evening. The staff was good, hot water was available all the time. breakfast was excellent. but no choice for dinner, if you want good dinner then don't opt for it.. Room was quite clean, parking available. there is nothing for kids or hangout outside. No trees or big jungle near Resorts to get feel of jungle. They were letting people in campfire till 1:30am which was very noisy. Please take hangers with you to hang your clothes. you can say it is lodge not resorts. Most of the resorts out in yercadu do not have even parking. Please don't expect too much in yercadu hotels.
