This place is not worth visiting. Certainly not, if you are going with family. Dirty rooms not maintained properly, dirty surroundings, food arranged was horrible, worst staff, everything is a thumbs down to this place.

It was really a neat and pleasant stay here. Worth for the money. Room Heater was not working, but still that didnt harm the whole stay here. Due to less tourist, the restaurant was not operating, but you can get food outside very easily. This is located near montford school and center of all tourist spots. Very importantly this hotel is very cheap when compared to others i checked.

No Power at all. They tried to act smart by switching off the whole building and saying they forgot after 4 hours. Senthil, the front office manager says he is new to this business and he is going to quit in next 15 days, no ownership. Coffee requested at 6 AM comes in at 7.15 after 2 follow ups, reason - no master, he is coming late :( I had a disastrous experience, on top of it for 2 hours extra they were trying to charge me for one more day, i had to fight back saying only 20% of the time the current was available and they need to pay me for it, then they kind of accepted to remove the one day charge. Please dont make your trip horrible by staying in this place. The owner or a care taker named Anbu speaks very politely and friendly which is the reason i trusted and took this stupid decision. Messed up 2 days of my holiday and later moved to a different hotel which was nice. For room cleaning, the room boy comes in and asks you what he needs to do, can you believe it? They should shut down their shop and get away from hospitality industry. They really dont know the business or they know it so well to make money in an unfair way.

Not recommended since this is an average budget hotel. It is not a Holiday home.Rooms are gloomy & absolutely no ventilation. There is no power every 20 minutes, they donot use generator. Generator will be ON only from 6 pm. You get muddy water in the toilets.No hot water. Only good thing was the food. We checked all the resorts in Yercaud & following ones are Excellent & trust this will help to choose GRT Nature Trials - Rs.5000 range Grand Palace - Rs.3500 range Grange resort - Rs.2000 range Shevroys - Rs.1500 range You can enjoy good South Indian & North Indian food at Malar restuarant (next to Shevroys) & is reasonable

One of the worst places i have ever been, this is not the first time i have stayed here but for sure the last time. The Hotel is running out of business and hence trying to maximize cost on the minimum bookings they get....we were a group 13 including 2 girls checked in on 2nd April 2012 and we had to check out the same day midnight since the the man in-charge(Anthony) does not stick to his words and asked us to pay extra...... food is expensive(Break fast - 50rs, vegetarian Lunch - 150). My sincere request please think before you book this place.....
