Firstly,to start with i gave a pre arrival call and informed my preferences to Gurpreet, guess what she ensured everything is arranged as per my preferences. WOW!! She is truely an asset for the organization, apt and organized.thanks gurpreet. Secondly , to mention other names like abdul, DM's Atul and Ravi were also of great help along with responsive housekeeping and engineering who comes on one call and assist you with best of their capabilities. Lastly, the disheartening section is F&B- on my first night i ordered for sweet corn and vegetable noodles through room service, guess what the corns were rotten, noddles were smelling of some vierd oil smell, i had its after myths the next day with running stomach. The next day during breakfast no one greeted, least bothered and to a surprise restaurant was not busy at all, however the second day during the breakfast things changed manager was apt, smiling, i guest he was the f&b manager. All in short it was great staying in Aloft, i recommend this hotel (less F&B part)

Stayed here for a night. This is a boutique hotel . Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The room had a walk in bathroom but the wierd thing is that the walk in bathroom is right at the entrance of the room. It could have been on the other side. Basic toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Room is provided with a safe deposit locker. Wifi is free and the speed is quite decent. Since the property is new, it is in good condition. However it would soon run down if not maintained. The signs of running down are quite evident. Otherwise, the stay was average. Liked the size of the rooms and the TV! Location wise is good especially for those who have work in Zirakpur itself.

This was my first third stay at Aloft a week ago and i must say this time the experience was far too worse. I had to stay back in Chandigarh overnight due to fog and decided to stay at Aloft again due to past experience. 1. This time the front desk staff seem uninterested. No one was available to take the luggage to the room. 2. Dirty towels in the washroom 3. Washroom lock was broken 4. No bathroom slippers available neither was any dental kit. 5. In spite of calling the room service a number of times they did not pay heed to the needs until i had to shout. 6. We were probably the first one at breakfast and everything in the breakfast was cold and i was like what? My request to the restaurant manager fell on to the deaf ear as if he really didn't care much. Overall it seems that all of the hotel management is uninterested in customers and i would seriously suggest to stay away from this property now.

Really amazed to see such a unmanaged and dirty property. The bigger issue is the untrained staff from reception to the room. The Pros Location Cons Dirty room Stained towels Dirty linen Untrained staff Breakfast (WHEN YOU GO 90PERCENT OF STUFF IS EMPTY AT THE GATE IF YOU ASK THEY WILL NOT GUVE A EAR) AS A REVIWER PLS IGNORE THE PROPERTY FOR SOME TIME

This hotel is very good place for business and family travelers. Rooms are big and spacious with clean bathroom. They offer very tasty buffet breakfast. Near to hotels there are lot of dhabas and eating joints.
