So my mistake was that I booked this via Oyo rooms where I could see a very nice picture of the room. But when we reached there , everything was a disaster. 1) The management was pathetic. The receptionist had no idea of anything and couldn't understand anything. He sounded so low and monotonous that your mood would get spoiled. 2) The funny part was the AC. One has to call and ask the receptionist to turn it on ! So you have no authority over your room's AC. And they also turn it off whenever they want to. 3) The room service was bad bad super bad. One has to call them a thousand times to send someone. 4) After such a sound experience I didn't dare to order food. However got complementary breakfast courtesy Oyo rooms. ( only 2 options parantha or toast) which was fine. Overall, people who are going to book via Oyo rooms or any other way : PLEASE DONT COMMIT THIS MISTAKE.

Hotel is fine with available basic facilities. I would say it is good if you are travelling via highway and want a night stay out. The reception staff was bit questioning but, it's ok... they do their job. Rooms were clean with peaceful sleep. The only concern is it's location as it is bit away from Chandigarh. It is in budget of course.

I booked a 2N3D package through groupon which was supposed to be a gift for a couple friend from Uttarakhand who had to visit Chandigarh on my request. They were reluctant so I decided to first cancel the booking and raised the request on groupon but then I convinced the friends to take time out for a small holiday. They called and asked for a weekend booking but the very next day they called again to postpone the booking for next week due to some unforeseen family emergency. The hotel people seemed cooperative and asked us to mail the request but never acknowledged or responded to the email ever. In the meanwhile the voucher showed used on the groupon site whereas no one ever checked in. The hotel people kept fooling me and the couple to keep sending emails and would ask to keep calling every few hrs or next day for two weeks. Later they said they cannot give them the booking for 2 nights and will give only one night stay for the same amount and they will also have to compromise on whichever room would be available. For 2 weeks they had no room available for the couple (as advised by the manager / GM). They also were rude and used unparliamentary language and after 2 weeks refused to honour the deal at all where as they had already claimed the money from groupon.

Hi, I recently bought deal of this hotel from groupon and reached hotel on 19th night. Before travelling, 10 days before I made a call to the booking staff of this hotel and asked to reserve all 3 rooms on first floor. The manager confirmed me all 3 rooms are allocated. When I reached on 19th, 1 room was allocated on ground floor and remaining 2 on 1st floor. I was travelling with my family so wanted all rooms on same floor, also the room alooted on ground floor was not at all a deluxe room and was pathetic room. Anyways we tried to adjust to it, when we switched on AC in one of the rooms, it just BLASTED with ALL SPARKINGS all around, my nephew was just standing in front of it and by grace of god he was just saved from it. we called up manager but he never picked my call. The front desk person was so dump to respond to our queries or resolve them, Somehow we managed to talk to manager and now his tone totally changed and he said you have to stay without AC and he cannot do anything. We asked for refund but he clearly denied and said do whatever we feel like he wont help. in meantime another guests came out of room as now there TV had caught fire. At the end we managed to get refund after all blasting and fighting with him for 2 hours and then we shifted to much better hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. initially Manager will be friendly but later on he wont co-operate at all. PATHETIC WORST

i had stayed here for a night on 28th May, 14 and liked the ambience of this newly built hotel a lot. the rooms are spacious and quality of food was also very nice. only the room service was a tad slow. this hotel is situated near panchkula industrial area and is ideal for business travellers.
