Me being an over finnicky person would definitely suggest this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean, very spacious and maintained.Staffs are extremely cooperative ,soft spoken, well mannered and organised. Food is good. Only the lighting of the room was comparatively dim. Otherwise everything was perfect starting from the maintaineance of the room to the security of the hotel along with the place security. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WELL MAINTAINED HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD SERVICE. Thanx for the hospitality.

Stayed here over business trips. The ambience is good, the service is good, the location is fine. The food is Nice. Only negative here is that there are no Windows in the room and hence you never know if it is day out there or night.

I have stayed here for three nights , the room was spacious. Can notice cleanliness . What amazed me is about their customer service. Starting from the Reception to room service they were available all the time and did beyond their level to delight a customer. Quality of food was also very good and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Will refer and plan Palalvi West in next too.Thanks to all staffs for their excellent cooperation extended towards us.

The hotel is clean and nice. The staff of the hotel including reception, room service and catering is excellent young slot with enthusiasms to serve the guests. Special words for Kishan, Happy, Kuldeep yadav,Rakesh, and Ashok who were excellent in their approach. The food is excellent and well served.
