Average type of hotel...found 2-3small cockroaches in bathrooms....t.v is only facility in average type of hotel..

I visited with my family on 24th feb 2017 and found that hotel is in renovation and fully underconstruction status. We saw rooms it was full of dust and sand. Lift was working abnormally. We can see iron rods in ceilings of hotels..very unsafe for stay. Ask manager why he took bookings, he started talking rudely and stated he will not refund our money. You stay as we will provide you rooms and service in that unsafe hotel but tht wasnt fair. I recommend do no book the hotel, its npt genuine deal and you will regret.

As we booked hotel 2 months before in chandigarh from mumbai for family of 7 people but hotel manager did not inform to travel agent during reservation that it will be going to under renovation during our stay on 24th Feb 2017 and we got to know about renovation after reaching in the hotel. The manager was very rude even the hotel staff. They dont know about hospitality. The hotel silky resort they have taken full payment for all 3 rooms and now they are refusing to refund the whole payment. The manager and the hotel is cheater and fraudulent . Kindly take serious action against the hotel and hotel manager. We have complain against the hotel on consumer forum. I will suggest everyone do not stay in this hotel ever.

We were accomodated here for our college Industrial visit at Chandigarh! Very good hotel for its services. Big Clean rooms, good ambiance, good staff. All in all I liked this hotel for its hospitality

Booked room in this hotel on 20th Feb 17 through Himalayan explorers and we were shocked to see the condition, it was completely under renovation. Dust all around, rooms were not clean & hotel incharge was too rude. We did not check in looking at the condition. They were not even apologetic for the whole incident. It seems the travel agencies are also not informed about their renovation. It's a humble request, DO NOT BOOK rooms here even if it's the last option.

It is under construction...rooms were in a pretty bad shape with very limited service...we somehow managed to survive one night...will not recommend to anyone. Rooms were stinking, walls broken, exhaust not available, hot water not available, forget wifi, improper management...
