Its well maintained apartments. Apartment has swimming pool, lawn tennis court, grocery store, road for walking, swings for children, TT table, etc.

Nice society with very spacious flats and penthouses, lot of free space to walk in the society, school buses can enter the society and drop children in the society's bus stop.

As a former tenant, sharing my experience here: Society is good with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. However, my experience, renting a house from Mr. Uttam, was not that great. At the time of move-in, despite advertising that the house came with a parking, post payment of token advance, he introduced a separate parking fee. Move-in dates kept shifting and finally I moved in 2 weeks post the advertised move-in date. House was neither deep cleaned nor painted and despite heavy cockroach infestation, pest control expenses had to be borne by me. During move-out, without any mutual discussion, additional money was deducted from security deposit
