Amazing place to stay build with old design. View of balcony is wonderful. can track to a temple near by 3 km. Suraj is the great host here who take care of tourists and guide really well. He has all the contacts can provide rented bike,car. Adventure trips paragliding etc.

It's a nice place to stay in Bhimtal. Quite near to the lake. Rooms are fine and the balcony view is beautiful. However the washrooms aren't very clean. The caretaker and his mother are helpful but the guy is overfriendly. The food wasn't that great in Basera. There are other good restaurants where you can eat.

Basera Guest House is perfect homelike guesthouse that you can book. It a lovely house converted into a family guesthouse. You get a lovely view from the garden of the house also . The surrounding and the environment of the house is really blissful. The owners are very good and helpful too. To mention the guy out there helped us in monetary terms when we we suck due to ATM issues in the region due to demonetization. Would surely stay there again when we will visit Bhimtal.

Had a wonderful time. the owners were very friendly, kind, and made me feel right at home. the food is delicious and their gardens are exquisite.
