Good rooms with spacious bathroom. Good dining area and we'll maintained furniture and sofas Ambience was also good Toiletiers was not sufficient and no other boathroom requirement provided by hotel, so you have to bring your own . Dining service is very poor , and they deliver your order too late . If you wish to eat something at hotel, you have to order atleast one hour before... Prices are also little bot high but permissible to spend during vacation And one more thing is that , room intercom not working , so you have to connect to staff via your phone

Reception staff was so supportive and very much well in nature. The food was amazing and so delicious I love it. I hope when I come to nainital so I wish to stay again in this hotel and specially thanks to Laxmi ji receptionist her nature was very well and caring nature and so much supportive for their guest. Hotel hygiene was also very well.

Great property at Bajun (from here Nainital is just 10KM). Ideal for GROUP booking. Staffs are really nice. From here Local Transportation will take just ’20 for Mall Road. If you like to stay in peaceful atmosphere, then your first choice would be The MK Villa.
