The worst experience I had in this hotel. They charge too much for the dirty rooms they have. No proper facility, No elevators, no water in rooms I paid them advance and once I saw the rooms I was disgusted and I asked them to refund, they denied the refund and stated that was their policy. If you are looking for a better stay, consider googling Hotel Royal Serinity,Hotel Royal Classio ( Kammanahalli) They have better service and best rooms for the same pricie and they are located within a km away ! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Water is not available at floors.. we had to come all the way downstairs to collect water. Rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed for 4 days. But, we had to keep the place neat and tidy. No cleaning service provided. Otherwise good room at low cost. Located at happening place. Budget friendly.
