One of the highlights was the Payment policy’ we just booked through mail and Mr Arun ’ exceptionally co operative and didn’t ask for single penny as a advance payment! Check in was so smooth, no additional queries! The amenities, including [pool, spa, fitness center, or restaurant], exceeded expectations and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and room service was prompt and well-prepared. Great place. Reminded me of some old places in Kolkata. The city view room was great. Had a Good Night sound Sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast. Has a good and satisfactory spread. Had dinner and a late lunch through IRD. Food was good and tasty. Only irritant was "Pay before You eat" even for IRD. Rooms are well appointed, well thought out and laid well. Whites are true white. The view was great both in Evening, Night and in the early morning. The team basket was good and well assorted. Overall enjoyed the stay though shot. It's more value for money. Liked it

Stayed here for one day for an event. 5 star hotel in prime location. Their service was good overall but front desk people can improve. They could be more welcoming to guests. Restaurant had good varieties of food. Early check-in costs can be reduced and can be like hourly charges.
