Overall, a very pleasant stay at hotel. We stayed in a room on the second floor, which was clean and spacious. The staff were really efficient and friendly. The meals were very good. I recommend taking a car with a driver at the hotel who speaks very wellEnglish and drives very safely.English and drives very safely.

I stayed at the Accord Metropolitan for 1 night. The staff are very friendly. The food over priced with average menus which obviously didn't have any value. Although the room was small it was very comfortable. The cafe restaurant was excellent. Staff werevery helpful. JS Ramlalvery helpful. JS Ramlal

It is a fantastic hotel. This hotel is located in a peaceful area. If in future I would ever go to Chennai then I would prefer to avail my stay in this hotel only. The staff behavior is also cooperative. If any of my friend or family would go to Chennai then I would recommend them to stay in this hotel only.

The location of the hotel is at the centre of the city. This is a major plus point because you can reach other dining places very fast. The access to shopping centres is also near. Also there are good hospitals nearby. The entry and exit from hotel is not crowded. The Spa is excellent. The breakfast was too good with all varieties. Generally in such hotels, I find the Indian food is limited, however here the mix was perfect. I will definitely stay again at this hotel if I come to Chennai.

It was really fantastic, did not book and just went and enquired with the Restaurant team lead. Immediately informed that no problem they can accomodate us. then the food was fantastic really enjoyed with all the varieties even my mom who is not easily say it is nice informed that it was good food.

Arrived at the Airport at 2am. Got to the Hotel at 3.30am. Was not aware that Chennai was going to be hit with a cyclone. Offered coffee upon arrival. Rooms were ready. Good clean Rooms. Following morning the guest were informed not to leave the hotel due to the cyclone. Tours had to be postponed or cancelled but the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Excellent Food. We highly recommend this hotel

Arriving only 2 days after Chennai was hit by a cyclone, and w/o a reservation, staff was very accommodating. With Internet and telephone services in disarray, in combination with the currency change-over, everyone was extra helpful and cooperative. Food is top-notch (enormous breakfast spread, extensive menu and buffet choices at lunch and dinner, even on the 'limited' after-hours menu (family arrived hungry at 1am). Even the 'extra' bed was very comfortable. Pool hadn't had much time to get back up to a comfy temp after the cyclone damage, and it did not have a deeper section, unfortunately. To improve: Bathrooms need a fan/exhaust. Hotel should offer some info re: local tourist attractions, and promote/announce Chennai's incredible annual music/dance festival, as well as provide info about the many concerts/lectures/workshops offered by this festival.

Although we have stayed in this hotel a few times, we were very disappointed with the service this time. I booked and paid a little extra for the Japanese room but on arrival I was told that all Japanese rooms were smoking. this was not revealed on their website. As I refused to go into a smoking room I was allocated a standard room. I had no problem with that but, they refused to give a refund of the extra money I had paid. When I asked to speak to the manager, that was denied too. Altogether we stayed eight nights. This is the last time we will be using the hotel.

Very impressed with entrance and whole foyer level. Passageways and rooms spoiled with musty odour otherwise nice and comfortable facilities. Buffet veg lunch was nothing short of spectacular and unforgettable with lovely service . Our afternoon visit to beauty salon for pedicure and manicure treatments was a lot of fun and so relaxing.. AND .. extremely good prices.
