The Accord Metropolitan

Not my first time staying here but returning after some time. I was greeted with the same hospitality if not better than before. Reshma at front office welcomed us so pleasantly and arranged a room as soon as possible though we arrived earlier due to the flight timing. There was a slip up by the 3rd party website I booked the room through which left me so disappointed, but Reshma and Front Office Manager, Souvik quickly stepped in and offered me a room upgrade. I am so thankful for their lovely gesture though they really don't have to and that set a right tone for the rest of my stay. The room was so comfortable and looked so regal. The housekeeping team is equally courteous and liked the little sweet treat that they leave in the room everyday. Bapan from housekeeping team went out of his way to get us something that we wanted and he did it so happily. Thought we didn't have breakfast in coffee house we went there for dinner and also called for room service. My friend wasn't feeling well and unsure of what to eat but Palash from The Brick Oven suggested dishes that were easy on the stomach and kept checking on us. His hospitality is so commendable. We had no time to check on the spa and rest of the amenities and will surely do in the next visit as i noticed many improvements compared to my time there pre-covid.

Very good experience during my stay over there. Kudos to the Brick Oven restaurant team, Chef Ruben, on their hospitality, quality of the food and the overall attention to the guests. Special mention to house keeping team members, TamilMani and Baban, who regularly checked the cleanliness and sanitation of the room frequently. Outstanding customer service.

Good buffet spread. Good choice for vegetarians. Starters served in table are hot and fresh. Good service. Value for money especially if you book through offers from apps.

Perfect location in T nagar, room size is great and they are clean. Staff is very nice and helpful, especially Vishnu. Breakfast is good, not exceptional. Mainly because other hotels are offering better variety. But whatever is there tastes great. One complaint however, room WiFi is not good. Had to rely a lot on phone internet as it kept getting disconnected

Among the many wonderful places to stay, Accord Metropolitan has become my favorite for the past year, and it has been an exceptional experience every single time. This hotel has a unique way of making you feel completely at home, blending comfort, care, and impeccable service. The smallest details are taken care of with great attention and thoughtfulness. I am especially grateful to Charles and his team for the early morning breakfasts that always start my day on a positive note. A special mention also goes to Mr. Katyal and his dedicated team, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, never missing an opportunity to assist and make you feel valued. If you're visiting Chennai and are looking for a place that pampers you just like home, Accord Metropolitan is undoubtedly the place to be. Their warmth, professionalism, and personal touch make every stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making my visits so delightful!
