Four Points by Sheraton, Jaipur

The staff were very helpful and kind. The building is a bit old and outdated but everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items. The gym is small but well equipped. The rooms were well insulated from the sounds outside for a peaceful sleep. The biggest challenge I had with this place is the heavily scented reception which seemed like too many chemicals, as well as the regular spraying of chemicals that happens in the hallways.

I’m absolutely in love with their buffet menu ’ the fish dish just melted in my mouth. Every item was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully presented, with each section receiving the attention it deserved. The staff was warm, approachable, and well-mannered, adding to the overall experience. I wouldn’t mind coming here for a solo date or a cozy family gathering or with friends. The location might be a bit tricky, but hey, that’s what Google Maps is for!

I would say 4* Hotel , Neat and clean . Towels and Bed linen are of good quality to make your stay comfortable. I m a BONVOY member. Entry is bit off and while I paid full chg in cash while chk in, still while chking out Reception ask for Room charges,which gave a bitter teste. Thanks to reception for upgrading my Room.

The bathrooms have serious issue of water accumulation. House keeping is worst.. they doesn’t come to clean room.. evn if you remind them still they will not come.. worst experience ever.. most of the OYO rooms have better service’

Service is great, front desk staff is very courteous. Location is close to airport. Rooms could do with a lot of upgrades (unclean hair dryer, faulty a/c control).
