As expected, it was a wonderful experience. Overall, staff was friendly and keen to help. Food was good and presented well with lot of options. On the other side, overall area of the hotel is small, so are the room. But a must go place.

Nice hotel with good size room, almost new hotel with tasteful done decorations. The elevators are a bit small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by residential neighbours, department stores with supermarket in the basement. The restaurants on the 3rd floor is spacey and comfortable. The deck and gym on the 4th floor have nice layout.

I stayed here for three nights as I was unable to book my usual Jaipur hotel (Marriott) because it was fully booked. The best way to sum up my experience is to list the good and not so good points. Good - Check-in was quick and reception staff friendly - Left a Birthday cake in my bedroom. When I asked the reception staff the next morning how they knew it was my Birthday they claimed it was picked up from my passport when I checked in. Great observation I thought. However, I learned a couple of hours later that my colleague had contacted the hotel to organise it! Not So Good - Room was a bit shabby and in need of a refresh. Lots of 'rules' printed and scattered around instructing guests on the dos and don'ts - Bathroom was very small. So small that you have to go in and shut the door in order to get into the shower. And the tissues were very thin. In addition, one toiletry had been previously opened/used - Small bar. I ordered a bottle of wine on one of the nights and the staff member tried hard to serve it professionally. Based on the quality of serving it, either there is a lack of training or people don't order bottles of wine very often - Restaurant. When I ate in the restaurant on my first night I was asked my room number four times by different members of staff. Food was ok, but when I asked for the check and paid, they then asked me a few moments later whether I wanted the check. Then as I left the restaurant, a waiter (who had a look of panic on his face as I walked out the door) asked if I had paid my bill. When I ate in the restaurant on the second night I ordered a spicy lamb burger. The burger tasted good but was so small it was absolutely swamped by the bun. Four small bites and the burger was gone! - Pigeons on window sill cooing all night outside my bedroom window - Being repeatedly asked if I wanted to become an SPG member, when I already am All-in-all, I found this hotel lacking. My restaurant experiences demonstrated there is a lack of experience and communication between staff - whoever is the manager needs to sort this out. The bedrooms are lacking in many ways. And the reception staff, while giving me a great arrival experience, the dishonesty about the Birthday cake when I checked out was disappointing. And after checking out I then got a call from reception asking to check my email address as they wanted to send me a survey to get some good feedback from me! Given my experience needless to say I won't be staying here again and have already told colleagues not to stay here either.

I gave this hotel 4 because of the staff. They tried in almost every aspect to be helpful even in the face of some rude customers. The property could use a good upgrade as it is closer to 3.5 stars. Peeling paint and falling plaster if fixed would make a huge improvement...as would cleaning to the corners of the room. One last suggestion...this is 2017 and free WIFI should be available in your room!!!

We stayed here for 4 days (3 Nights) during our conference in Jaipur. So let me explain why I have given such rating in detail- 1) After we entered our room after a tiring journey & kept our luggage, there were greeted by glaringly visible multiple dirty stains on the bed linen. (photo attached). The linen was changed immediately after informing about this to housekeeping which was a quick response. 2) It's a standard practice in many hotels nowadays to swipe your credit card at the time of check in as a guarantee. Either the reception staff was unaware that such thing exists or they were aware but didn't bother to ask us for our card. Once we had our dinner in their Eatery restaurant on our first day, we were told to pay the bill in cash immediately. Despite informing them that we are saying for 3 nights & credit card can be swiped as a guaranty, they still insisted to pay by cash. Felt really disgusted & insulting with this but it turned out to be an eye opener. After this we never had any of our lunch or dinner in their restaurant. There is very good Kanha restaurant exactly opposite to the hotel with a fast food restaurant & fine dining restaurant in same building which we tried & found really nice. 3) No free wifi offered & I do understand it might be policy of their hotel but then why are they falsely advertising 'free wifi' as one of their amenities on trip adviser? (Screenshot attached). So I decided to purchase internet but can't do it from my phone or laptop as there are restrictions placed on my room. So I have to go down physically to the reception to purchase the same. On 2nd day when I went to renew the same, there was some flaw in their system so that the person had bypass the system & enable internet individually on all my devices. So much fuss for a simple thing like enabling internet access. I was also told that you can pay at the check out. This is exactly what was expected when we had dinner at their restaurant & what I was asking the restaurant staff to do but they didn't listen & insisted on paying cash. Now for the good things - Hotel is centrally located & pretty close to airport (20 mins). Rooms are spacious & good. The pool is located on the 4th floor & nice seating area near the pool to relax. Also hotel is flanked by Big Bazar in case if you need to buy some grocery. Despite the multiple glitches our overall stay was good (hence not the poor rating) & the staff was very courteous, polite & helpful (hence there is separate rating for the staff- housekeeping staff in particular who stepped up after the initial issue & made stay comfortable).

This is certainly not a premium property, I think they get a lot of discounted charter bookings, and enforce a lot of rules on their guests. You have to write your full name, and room number on every bill, if you order room service. The person refuses to leave until you do so. Be prepared with your ID the next time you order. They had offered me 2 pieces of laundry per day during the stay. I gave 4 pieces in a day, after confirming with the guy who checked me in. The lady while checkout, gave me a long lecture how they cannot allow this, then spoke in length to her boss about it, then another lecture, about how she was doing me a favor by reversing the charges, then 10 more minutes of playing with her computer. The entire checkout process took almost 15 minutes. Most of the time was taken up by her in trying to explain their variety of rules. I asked to speak to the Duty Manager about this, but, he went into hiding. Another example of a typical low end hotel. The rooms are nice, large, and comfortable, but, the service, and the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. The training of the personnel in this hotel is focused more on streamlining their internal processes, while ignoring their guest, their customer, and the person who is paying their salaries. Please keep this as a last option, in case you do not find rooms anywhere. And get ready to be explained a multitude of rules at every step.
