I had an excellent stay with my family for 3 nights . The check in was fast & efficient . The room service was great . The options at the buffet lunch & dinner was good with a good choice of non veg & veg . The entertainment for guests has scope for improvement . The TV in the room mostly has only local channels . There is no sports channel. The UNLOCK bar does not play any music & mostly plays hindi movie channels or Hindi news. On weekends they should arrange for a DJ for guests to unwind . Overall had a very good stay & would definitely want to go back .

One of the best hotels I have lived in. A perfect place when you travel with your kids. They enjoyed the stay as every evening, they had in-house activities for 3-4 hours. Hotel Staff were also very courteous. Overall, I will rate one of my best stay.
It was a very pleasent stay. The property was in very close proximity of the market still we were not disturbed by the market congestion. The staff was very polite and everyone was very much concerned about our comforts. At the coffee shop on the first day we reached late the buffet time was over but still Chef Ujjwal came personally to us and made the food as our liking. The entire team of him at the coffee shop was continiously checking with us and other guest about the food and their preferences. At dinner buffet also as one or two items were not as per our liking they made as per our choice The rooms were very neat and clean. Houskeeping was very attentive to our requests. Size of the bathroom is very crampy. A bath tub could have been added by the property. The swimming pool and the area around it was neatly maintained and nice landscaping was done. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay and def it was more than the value we paid. We recommend this hotel to any traveler travelling to Mahabaleshwar.
