Had a beautiful stay at this hotel as a last night in India when needing some comfort. They have a pool, spa, steam room and jacuzzi which was a really great way to spend an afternoon in. Amazing food and buffet breakfast too. Thank you Prateek for your help ’’

The staff was very courteous and prompt in attending to requests, which made the stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering a good blend of comfort and elegance. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, and the in-house dining options were enjoyable.

The in- room amenities are too dated and requires refurbishment. E.g. The air con barely works and it felt too hot even in Feb and the fridge /mini bar was disconnected and left empty by staff. It seemed everyone in the hotel knew they don't work except us poor guests :-( Breakfast buffet is pretty limited and unfortunately I found flies hovering and sitting on the all the dishes. When I pointed that to the staff, they didn't seem to think it as a problem in any way. I didn't want to embarrass them or argue, so ended up buying my own cereals from the shop for breakfast. The pool was being renovated, but when we asked for directions to the pool, members of staff just pointed us towards it. When we reached the pool, we realised it's full of rubble and concrete :-( Despite all this, I left without moaning too much. That's because the staff were polite and not aggressive, and location is very convenient (walking distance to metro station). I do wish they improve their food hygiene a bit (get rid of the flies etc) as that is the part I struggled with most.

It’s not terrible but it’s not close to a 5 star. Rooms are small and not all that well maintained. Biggest issue for me was the noise- walls are thin and I could hear rooms on both sides listening to TV very late. My wife also complained about a smell but I didn’t notice. Mattresses was very firm. The bright spot was Paatra, the Indian restaurant. Food was great and the live music was fun!

The hotel is rated five stars. On the first day, there is no restroom facilities, no slippers, and no ironing system in the room. When we enquired, they told it was only done at the request of guests. The staff was quite impolite, and both of the room's telephones weren't functioning correctly. The only exceptions were the housekeeper and the restaurant hostess who worked in the bar. You must have a dinner plate; we don't have a little saucer. The waiter yelled at me when I requested for a small saucer in restaurants as well. The night I ordered a plate from room service, they informed me that they were costing 360+ tax for a plate and spoon alone. I've spent more time working in the hotel industry.Despite my extensive travels, I have never heard of any place charging this much for an empty dish. Every day's breakfast menu is essentially the same. The attitude of the reception, waiters, and staff is excellent. couldn't stand it. One advantage is the sole site.
