Amazing Property.... But i must tell ** RABEYA PARWIN** who is on the reception is an wonderful lady. Service given by her was superb. It was my son's birthday & i just checked with her till what time the bakery is open but in return she said she will manage the cake for my son. She also upgraded our room. 10 on 10 for Rabeya. They have many activities for Kids. Property is surrounded by greenery. Food is ok & can be improved.

Disappointing Experience ’ Be Aware Before Booking! I recently stayed at Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. ’’ Accessibility Issues: The hotel is not easily accessible due to narrow roads, making it difficult to reach. ’’ Room Location & Misleading Images: The property is large, with multiple rooms spread across a vast area. However, not all rooms have a good location’some are far from the reception and in isolated, scary spots, even within the same room category. The website images are misleading, and when you arrive, they first offer rooms in the worst locations. If you request a change, the staff is not cooperative. ’’ Room Conditions & Cleanliness: - Cleanliness was below expectations. - TV was not working properly’there were no channels available. - The bed quality was extremely poor’too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep and even causing back pain issues. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would advise travelers to be cautious while booking. Ensure you clarify room location, amenities, and conditions in advance.

Excellent location with great views. The Resort is very beautiful and rooms are well placed. The front desk is efficient and handle the check in smoothly. The rooms are spacious and clean and very well maintained. The overall ambience is awesome. We also enjoyed the bonfire and music along with many guests. The food was good without being great. Felt the pricing of food was expensive, almost five star rates. Room service is good and the staff are prompt. Overall a five star ratings to this awesome place.

Had a very pleasant stay for 3days with my family. The hospitality was really incredible, right from the front office, restaurant service, security, house keeping etc were kind and humble. Kudos to the management for training everyone prioritising customer respect and satisfaction. The fire camp, indoor activities, surprise birthday celebration etc were also damn good! Thanks for making a memorable stay! Great job team!! Kudos again!

We stayed at Sterling Fern hill for 3 nights in March. It is a wonderful hotel, with great views. We were upgraded to a premium room without asking, which was an added plus. The rooms and facilities are a bit old, but the views compensated for it. The staff is extremely helpful. Staff at Front desk is very understanding, accomodating. They understand how travelling withba toddler is tough. The restaurant served decent food. We opted for the dinner buffet and it had ample vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Lily at the restaurant always greeted us with a charming smile, helping us with all the needs for our toddler, who was a bit under weather. They have a great play area, the largest i have seen in recent times with a lot of activities for all age groups, even we played a lot of games there. It helps keep children engaged as well. A great stay, with good food, great views, good hospitality.
