I stayed in two rooms and checked in on two days respectively.The hotel was very conteous to offer me 1 night advance stay and amend my booking. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The rooms in this hotel are very old. I probably got the worst room which was having no gallery, non functional AC, broken flooring, etc-. While I was checking in next time in this hotel I requested a better room. This time I was offered bit better room but still the room was garden facing (not the sea facing) The rooms in this hotel are pretty old, bathroom needs renovation and are very small. AC and overall room equipment too is pretty old. So I would rate the Rooms and infrastructure as really bad. No value for money. The food in the hotel is a big plus and staff is really nice and helpful. I was very happy with their service.The view from restaurant is awesome. If you are ready to spend money for a great view and food then go for this hotel. But you may want to check out which room you are getting(sea facing or garden facing).

It was a nice hotel. We stayed in standard room for 3 nights. Room was spacious and comfortable with large bed and cleaned bathroom. It is located near to the sea. Our meals were included in package and that was nice. Will recommend to every traveler.

The hotel is very good I am highly satisfied that I chose this hotel for my vacation. Starting from the entrance in the hotel till the exit from the hotel the services was overwhelming. The staff is very courteous and hotel is spread over a huge space and it’s very well furnished.

It was a good experience with this hotel. Not so very clean rooms with decent interior. But from the room you can see the view of swimming pool and sea which made it very beautiful. Staff were very nice and polite. Food was also very good of the hotel.ambhulal Gupta

Average hospitality, rooms big, superb view if it's a sea facing room, bathroom are pathetic at this price tag, hot water facility doesn't work so forced to bath in cold water, rooms need provision of hair dryers. And more seating capacity in the lobby. Charges of restaurants menu are greater than the same menu you order from Room so better order from your room. Swimming pool is good and clean but remember to carry your own swim wear they don't rent it. The hotel needs immediate renovation. Laundry service is supremely costly. No spa, no fitness Centre, no indoor pool table. Table tennis is there. Staff are well behaved and helpful. Complimentary Breakfast is awesome. Enjoyed the view from upper deck.

The breathtaking views and the eco friendly construction with simple but beautiful architecture design has created the unmatched ambience of this Resort which without having seen and stayed one can not feel and make out . Undoubtedly this is a place which will enhance your scenic experience of Andaman's by many times . I stayed in room 409 which is not exactly the higher cost room but had large glass window opening you to the panoramic view of Bay of Bengal . Nicely done landscaping and flowers all around the pathways of the hotel by sea is enchanting. The restaurant Mandalay serves multi cuisine menu and excellent breakfast (included in room charge) where you will feel almost seating on the deck of a ship . . The Lounge bar Nico Bar is another exotic place to seat and relax with view of sea just around . The enthralling western music by Marie J in evening takes you to a different world entertainment. She sings very well . Thanks to Marie . The restaurant staff as Upendra , Ms Feli are very helpful and always serving with high courtesy and approach of best service . From this hotel you can savour your every minute of stay and it boosts your trip fun remarkably.

Disappointing for a hotel designed by Charles Correa. Pleasant reception and lounge with a good view. Food was mediocre though the staff was pleasant. Rooms were good but small bathrooms. We had to put the commode flap down to close the door which shows poor design and construction. Split levels everywhere which was terrible for me as I have an operated and replaced hip. It would not have been all that unpleasant except for the Travel Desk which gave us wrong info and then tried to extract a lot of money on a useless trip in a glass bottomed boat which took 2 hours to reach and 15 minutes to see fish!! the Management was good enough to return some of our money. The point is how is it that you have such a travel agent??

We stayed from January 2, 2017 through January 6, 2017 at this Hotel. The lady (Gorgina) came out to personally greet us on arrival. The staff is always ready to help although at times it seemed they were understaffed! The internet is almost non existent, it works only in two areas near the front desk! The breakfast lounge, restaurant and front desk access is difficult if you have trouble climbing stairs. Hot water was not always available on tap. Special call was needed for us. Breakfast lounge has good service and OK good! The restaurant menu and cooking is good, room service is very good! Room safety lockers do not work most of the time. But the staff is available to help out if you get locked out! Ocean front rooms have great views. The pool is decent! If you are travelling in December or January book 2 to 3 months in advance. It's very expensive for the the amenities they provide for the money!

Travelled with family and stayed in the hotel on two different days in different rooms on 4 & 11 Jan 2017.The view from the reception, dining, bar and waiting area is amazing and breath taking. The room size was average and had a difficult time to adjust in one room with a family of four including two kids. There was hardly any space left in the room with an extra bed. The bathroom are smelly and outdated without exhaust fans. On a later date requested for a room upgrade and stayed in room no 212. The room was nice, sea facing and big with lots of extra space with an extra bed except for the bathroom. If you are planning a trip with kids opt for a bigger rooms, bathroom condition you have to manage. Hotel food is good, extremely satisfied. Staff and services are good.
