Thought of passing an appreciation note about Pradyna. I booked accomodation in Mumbai at the Orchid with the help of Pradyna. I must say I had the best customer experience in a while. Pradyna was very accomodative and patient all the way through the booking. I was having trouble booking online and she went out of the way to get my cell number, by contacting the India number I had referred in my booking details, to call me back. I was getting worried with the difficulty I was having due to shortage of time, but with her help I now have confirmed reservation. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Pradyna. |

I have booked a package to South of India for Kochin, Munnar, Kumarakom, Alleppey, Kovalam through Travelguru.com and assisted by Milind Shinde who has proved that he is an asset to Travelguru. I sincerely thank the entire Travelguru team effort for making me and my family holiday trip to Kerala a wonderful one. The response of Mr. Milind Shinde at the time of package booking was commendable in knowing and guiding us to hotels which were exactly matching our preferences and budget. The hotels selected at respective destinations were true return for the money. Especially the stay at Uday Samudra - Kovalam and house boats in Alleppey were true value for money and time both. Whispering Meadows at Munnar was good in terms of stay, however restaurant needs a more than little effort in terms of services offered and ambience. Looking at the entire stay I would say that my family had the best time and this is our experience which would be cherished and remembered for a long time. Once again not forgetting the service, range of hotels provided by Travelguru. Thank you and Kudos to the entire team. Overall the experience of holidaying was great and would have not gone complete without Travelguru's assistance. Keep up the good work. |

Berjaya Resort is a benchmark in the hospitality industry. The feel good factor is present at every corner of the Resort. As promised by Travelguru, beach facing room was allocated to us. Rooms had all the amenities starting from clean floors & the overall atmosphere was its best. Our beach facing balcony was well furnished with sun bath chairs. Other superior amenities includes SPA, watersports, internet, outdoor sports, gym etc. Special thanks to you for planning our honeymoon and providing us plenty of options that met our requirements. The level of service Jiten has provided sets Travelguru a class above others. |

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sunny Sharma for his outstanding help in arranging a wonderful trip for us. We undertook a 7 day trip to Kolkata, Darjeeling, Guwahati and Shillong.
